Meditation for Stress Management

Meditation is a proven alternative therapy. It is listed under the mind-body medicines. More and more doctors are prescribing meditation to lower blood pressure, improve exercise performance, help people with asthma breathe easier, relieve insomnia, and generally relax the everyday stresses of life.  This workshop will take you through the benefits of meditation, especially how it relates to stress and stress management along with a meditative practice.
