One of the three goals I have for 2012 is to bring my blood glucose numbers down along with weight loss. I challenged myself during our first Wellness Campaign (with MileClub Challenge to record miles walked) and commited to walk 50 miles. I barely squeaked in my miles before the 100th day. We started our second challenge on February 4 and I decided to get serious and double my miles. As of today, I am at 25% of my goal and continue to be excited to walk as often as I can; last week I logged in nearly 14 miles! I weigh in once a month in the Fitness Center and try to be sensible about my eating habits as I don’t believe in dieting. Come join us in the mornings! You will feel energized and work more productively throughout the day! At this rate, I may need to invest in a new WARDROBE!
Congratulations, Kathy! What a wonderful accomplishment. You’ve set a great example for us all.
